Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees .
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask for a credit card to hold scheduled appointments. Appointments you select are reserved especially for you, therefore we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice or the amount of the service will be charged.
WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we are pride of ourselves and our exceptional staff. However, this is not cheap and good people are hard to find. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.
In consideration of other guests we ask that cell phones are turned off during your spa visit.
