Uma Bali – Massage Services (Home/Villa/Hotel Visit)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Uma Bali’s massage services (“Services”) and the available payment methods including Xendit, cash, and direct transfer. By booking a session with Uma Bali, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Uma Bali provides professional massage services delivered to your home, villa, or hotel across Bali. All bookings are subject to confirmation and therapist availability.

2. Booking & Payment Options

To confirm your booking, full payment is required in advance via one of the following methods:

  • Xendit payment link (virtual accounts, e-wallets, credit/debit cards, QRIS, etc.)

  • Direct bank transfer to Uma Bali’s official account

  • Cash payment upon therapist arrival (only available for same-day bookings confirmed with our team)

For bookings made in advance, payment must be completed before the scheduled appointment to secure your slot.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations at least 24 hours in advance: eligible for full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: non-refundable.

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.

  • No-shows will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

If eligible, refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

  • Xendit payments: refunded within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank transfers: refunded to the original account within 3–5 business days.

  • Cash payments: refunded via bank transfer only (you must provide your bank details).

5. On-Site Conditions
  • Please ensure your location is safe, clean, and ready for the therapist.

  • The client must be present at the agreed time and place. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver professional and safe services, Uma Bali is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or physical issues resulting from the massage. Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions in advance.

7. Payment Gateway Notice (Xendit)
  • All online payments are securely processed through Xendit.

  • Uma Bali does not store your card or banking information.

  • If there are issues with payment via Xendit, contact us directly.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your data will be used only for service provision and communication. We do not share your data with third parties, except where necessary for payment processing or required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

Uma Bali may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
